Dr. Jeff Paley
Dr. Jeff Paley founded Access Medical in 2003 after spending 5 years on the full-time academic faculty of Weill Cornell Medical College. He trained at Harvard Medical School and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. At Cornell, he served as Director of Clinical Research at the Cornell Internal Medicine Associates and has been a principal or co-principal investigator on several studies of diabetes, hypertension, and cholesterol disorders. Additional clinical interests include: sleep disorders, weight loss, adult attention-deficit disorder, and cardiovascular disease prevention.

Dr. Doron Katz
Dr. Doron Katz joins Access Medical Associates after completing a residency in Internal Medicine at Montefiore Medical Center of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he also received his MD degree. Dr. Katz completed undergraduate and pre-medical training at the University of Pennsylvania and Yeshiva University. He has an interest in the application of new diagnostic technologies and has presented extensively on the use of Video Capsule Endoscopy. Additional interests include: hypertension, asthma, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, obesity and smoking cessation.
