We provide comprehensive adult primary care services as well as acute care same day appointments for patients in need. Acute care includes illnesses that have occurred in the past 24 - 72 hours and require attention. This includes: colds, coughs, flu, bronchitis, earaches, burns, cuts, bruises, sprains, rashes, skin conditions just to name a few.

Men's Health
We provide care and medical coordination for all ailments as well as, annual physicals, including comprehensive screening for prostate cancer, colon cancer, and your cardiac risk. We offer resting metabolic rate testing (RMR) to assess your unique metabolism, ultra-sensitive C-reactive protein testing and other laboratory markers of early heart disease, 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and we utilize the latest therapeutics to both raise HDL and lower LDL cholesterol.

Women's Health
We provide care and medical coordination for all ailments and issues including, annual physicals (pap & breast exam), menopausal management, osteoporosis management, colon cancer screening, and thyroid evaluation. We offer resting metabolic rate testing (RMR) to assess your unique metabolism, ultra-sensitive C-reactive protein testing and other laboratory markers of early heart disease, 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, and we utilize the newest therapeutics to both raise HDL and lower LDL cholesterol.

Lab Services
All labs are drawn on site and are sent to our affiliated lab facilities which include Quest and LabCorp.

Radiology Services
As an added convenience for our patients we utilize radiology services at each of the hospitals to which we admit. These include Mount Sinai and Cornell Hospitals in NY and Englewood and Hackensack Hospitals in New Jersey. Our New York office has facilities for to perform most x-rays allowing us to diagnose fractures, pneumonia, heart failure, as well as other medical conditions.
We refer our patients for bone density testing with state-of-the-art full body DEXA machines. This allows us to diagnose patients in the early stages of Osteoporosis and to offer prevention and treatment options. The DEXA scanner can also determine total and regional body fat analysis.

Hospital Care
Should your care require hospitalization Drs. Paley and Katz admit to Mount Sinai Hospital and Cornell in NY, and to Englewood and Hackensack Hospitals in New Jersey. We provide dedicated care and offer needed services and support while hospitalized.

House Calls
We provide house calls on an "as needed" basis for our patients that are home bound.

"E-MDs"
We have recently acquired E-MDs, an industry-leading Electronic Medical Record System. By making our office run more efficiently, E-MD's allows us to spend more time with patients addressing their concerns. E-MDs alerts us of any possible drug and allergy interactions that you may have and therefore minimizes the possibility of medical error. It helps us maintain a well organized comprehensive medical chart in a completely private and confidential environment.
